Terms of Use

1. Scope and agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Rainspeed Labs Solutions (business registration number 202603148143 (003857582-W)), Malaysia ("Rainspeed Labs", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, APIs, developer platform, AI tools, local coding tools and support services made available by Rainspeed Labs, including AtlasFlux AI, AtlasFlux API & Platform, ONeNas Code and AtlasFlux Support (collectively, the "Services").

This is a central set of terms for the Rainspeed Labs service ecosystem. The data, features, prices, providers and controls that apply to you depend on the product and feature you use. A product notice, checkout page, order form or written agreement may add terms for that product or transaction.

By creating an account, using an API, installing or running local software, purchasing a paid feature, or otherwise using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant Service.

2. Eligibility and organisational use

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving them under applicable law. The Services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to their use. Where a parent or guardian must provide permission, that permission is their responsibility.

AtlasFlux AI accounts are intended for users aged thirteen (13) or older, or the higher digital-consent age that applies in the user's country. A parent or guardian must provide any permission required by applicable law. Do not use AtlasFlux AI for a child below the applicable age or submit a child's personal data without lawful authority.

If you use a Service for a company, employer or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation. References to 'you' then include the organisation and its authorised users.

3. Accounts, credentials and local tokens

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. Clerk is used for authentication across applicable hosted AtlasFlux and Support services. You are responsible for your account, authentication methods, API keys, access tokens, recovery details and activity carried out through them.

AtlasFlux API keys must be kept server-side and must not be placed in browser code, public repositories, prompts, support tickets or public forums. The API is designed to show a generated key once and retain a prefix and one-way hash rather than the complete secret. Notify us promptly through the AtlasFlux Help Center at https://support.atlasflux.my if you suspect compromise.

ONeNas Code can store account state on the local device. The desktop attempts to use operating-system secure storage, while the CLI currently writes authentication token JSON under the user's `.onenas-code` directory. Protect the device and local files accordingly.

4. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Services made available to your account. This right does not transfer ownership of our software, interfaces, models, documentation, names or technology.

You must follow applicable law, these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, product documentation and technical limits. Features, models, integrations, limits, prices and availability may differ by account, plan, region, device, provider and configuration. A preview or marketing description is not a promise that a feature will always be available.

You are responsible for the devices, internet connection, permissions, licences, backups and third-party accounts needed for your use of a Service.

5. Input, Output and other Content

The Services may allow you to submit prompts, messages, files, code, images, audio, video, instructions, support tickets and other material ("Input") and may return generated text, code, files, images, audio, video, search results or other results ("Output"). Input and Output are together called "Content".

As between you and Rainspeed Labs, you retain your rights in Input. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of a provider or open-source component, Rainspeed Labs does not claim ownership of your Output. Output may contain third-party material, open-source components or similar material supplied to other users, and this does not give you rights that you do not otherwise have.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and lawful authority required to submit Input and use Output. You must not submit confidential, personal, regulated or third-party information unless you are authorised and the relevant Service is appropriate for it.

You authorise Rainspeed Labs and the providers needed for the requested operation to host, transmit, reproduce, convert and process Content as needed to provide, secure, support and administer the Service, maintain transaction and safety records, comply with law and enforce these Terms. A provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices.

6. AI accuracy and human review

AI and automated systems are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, non-unique, insecure or unsuitable for your purpose. Similar Output may be provided to other users.

You must review Output before relying on, publishing, deploying or acting on it. Review may include checking facts, sources, calculations, permissions, licences, security, compatibility and professional requirements.

Do not use Output as the sole basis for a medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, safety or other decision that could have a legal or similarly significant effect on a person. The Services are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

7. Local software, agents and execution

ONeNas Code is a local-first coding agent. It can inspect project files, use terminal and shell tools, access the network and make file changes according to the permissions and instructions available on the device. Its permission prompts are a user-awareness feature, not a security sandbox or isolation boundary.

Keep backups, use version control, restrict credentials and review commands, diffs and results. Local execution can cause data loss, security vulnerabilities, unexpected charges or changes to connected systems. AtlasFlux-hosted workflows may use a temporary E2B sandbox where that feature is enabled; this does not turn ONeNas local execution into a sandbox.

When ONeNas uses the managed AtlasFlux provider, the selected prompt and the assistant response may be synchronised to AtlasFlux session and event records. When you configure a direct provider, the prompt and selected context are sent to that provider instead, subject to your configuration and that provider's policies.

8. APIs and developer use

AtlasFlux API access may include response and chat-completion endpoints, model listings, web search, usage records, API keys, a developer dashboard and a prepaid MYR wallet. Availability depends on the current account and configuration.

You must use documented endpoints and authentication methods, keep credentials secure, respect scopes and limits, and implement reasonable validation, timeout, retry and idempotency handling. You are responsible for your application, End Users, prompts, retrieved data, Output, integrations and actions taken using API responses.

The API records request, provider, usage, routing, billing, error and security metadata. A completed non-streaming response may also be retained when an idempotency key is used. We may reject, throttle or limit requests to protect reliability, safety, security or billing integrity.

9. Community and public sharing

If you publish or share Content through a community or other public feature, you instruct us to make the selected Content and associated profile information available as shown by that feature. Public Content may be viewed, copied, downloaded or shared by others outside our control.

Some AtlasFlux AI generated media and artifacts may be served through public URLs. Do not treat a public URL or a community post as private. You remain responsible for public Content and for respecting intellectual property, privacy, publicity and other rights.

10. Support communications

Support may receive and store tickets, replies, attachments, account snapshots, routing details, notifications, email delivery records, Help Center activity and relevant security events. Support messages and attachments may contain sensitive information; do not send passwords, private keys, full payment credentials or information that is not needed to investigate the issue.

Support is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a particular response time, resolution, refund or outcome unless a separate written commitment expressly says otherwise.

11. Purchases, wallets, subscriptions and Credits

Prices, currency, taxes, limits and material purchase conditions will be shown by the relevant Service before payment. AtlasFlux AI may offer Credits and a recurring Pro feature. AtlasFlux API uses a prepaid MYR wallet and may offer optional automatic reload. ONeNas managed runs may consume AtlasFlux Credits. A direct provider selected in ONeNas may charge you separately under that provider's terms.

AtlasFlux AI's current product billing is described in the AtlasFlux AI Product Notice and the Refunds and Credits Terms. It is separate from the AtlasFlux API prepaid wallet. Do not treat an AtlasFlux AI Credit as a bank balance, deposit, stored-value account or cash equivalent.

You authorise Rainspeed Labs and its payment provider to process a transaction. A recurring subscription or automatic reload continues only according to the terms and controls shown at checkout or in the applicable billing interface. Cancellation stops future charges where the applicable control is used, but does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Credits, wallet balances, refunds, failed operations, reversals and chargebacks are governed by the Refunds and Credits Terms and the product's transaction record. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory consumer right.

12. Intellectual property and open source

Rainspeed Labs and its licensors own the Services, including software, interfaces, designs, documentation, names, logos and technology supplied by us. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no right is granted by implication.

You may not copy, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code, models or underlying components except where an applicable open-source licence or law expressly permits it.

ONeNas Code includes components derived from OpenCode and other open-source projects. Their applicable licences and notices continue to apply to those components. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without compensation, but you should not include confidential information in feedback.

13. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, model inference, search, media processing, payments, email, webhooks and sandbox execution. The Subprocessors page lists material providers used by the current architecture and distinguishes managed providers from providers you choose directly.

A third-party service may have its own terms, limits, availability, retention and privacy practices. We do not control an independent provider selected directly by you or guarantee its output or availability.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a Service and may close an account through the available product or support process. Support coordinates the centralized account-deletion workflow at https://support.atlasflux.my/dashboard/settings. The flow verifies the account email, sends a time-limited verification code, requires the confirmation text DELETE MY ACCOUNT and presents a final Yes/No confirmation before deletion begins. Once confirmed, Support coordinates eligible deletion across AtlasFlux AI, AtlasFlux API & Platform, AtlasFlux Support and the shared Clerk identity, signs the user out and sends a completion email where delivery is available. Before closure, export information you need, cancel recurring billing or automatic reload, and remove public Content where the relevant controls are available.

We may reject a request, restrict a feature, revoke credentials, suspend access or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address a breach, security or legal risk, non-payment, abuse, fraud, unauthorised access or disruption, or where continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Immediate action may be taken to prevent harm or comply with law.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms because of changes to law, security requirements, providers, technology, pricing or ordinary product development. The updated date identifies the current version.

Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you do not agree to an updated term, stop using the affected Service before it takes effect.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that every Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, permanently available or suitable for every purpose, or that Output will be accurate or non-infringing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that rule, Rainspeed Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or data arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

For business or organisational use, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the affected Service will not exceed the amount paid to Rainspeed Labs for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or changed by a signed written agreement.

17. Governing law and contact

Subject to mandatory rights that apply based on your location, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia. Before formal proceedings, please contact hello@rainspeedlabs.com so we can try to resolve the concern.
