Refunds and Credits Terms

Terms governing Credits, wallet usage, refunds and payment disputes.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Scope and different billing systems

These Refunds and Credits Terms apply where a Rainspeed Labs Service offers Credits, a prepaid wallet, usage-based charges, a subscription or an automatic reload. The billing system is product-specific.

AtlasFlux AI may offer daily or purchased Credits and a recurring Pro feature. AtlasFlux API uses a prepaid MYR wallet and may offer automatic reload. ONeNas managed runs may consume AtlasFlux Credits. A direct provider selected in ONeNas is paid and governed by that provider, not by the AtlasFlux wallet.

For the current AtlasFlux AI implementation, one Credit represents RM0.01 of platform usage entitlement. Add-on Credit purchases are offered within the limits shown at checkout, currently RM10.00 to RM500.00, and Pro is a recurring subscription when shown as such at checkout. Prices, included credits and feature limits can change for future transactions and the checkout record controls the amount accepted for that transaction.

2. Credits and wallet balance

Credits and wallet balances are limited service entitlements. They are not money, legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency or transferable property, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Promotional, daily, bonus, purchased and wallet amounts may have different eligibility, refresh, reservation, adjustment or expiry rules. The applicable product interface and transaction record control the amount and status applied to an operation.

3. Pricing and usage

The price shown for a selected model, tool, request, media operation or other feature applies according to the product's current pricing and provider usage. Usage-based pricing may depend on tokens, search, media duration, provider cost, processing result or other measured usage.

A Service may reserve an estimated amount before an operation begins, capture a final amount after completion and release or adjust the difference. The API wallet records reservations, charges, releases, refunds, chargebacks and manual corrections where supported.

4. Failed, cancelled and blocked operations

For an eligible operation that fails before charge capture, the applicable billing flow may release the reservation. A confirmed backend or provider failure may result in an automatic release, refund or adjustment according to the product implementation. Check the relevant Credit Log, wallet ledger or usage history for the final status.

For AtlasFlux AI, an eligible failed generation or tool operation normally releases the reserved Credits or applies the corresponding Credit adjustment. A valid completed result is not refundable merely because the user dislikes the result. The applicable product record and any mandatory consumer right control the final outcome.

A slow request, dissatisfaction with valid Output, user error, an unsupported prompt, a provider-side policy decision or failure to download an available result does not by itself establish that a refund is due.

A blocked request may be handled differently according to the feature's moderation and billing logic. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund or consumer right.

5. Credit purchases and subscriptions

A purchased Credit or wallet top-up is a one-time payment unless checkout expressly states otherwise. After the balance is delivered, the transaction is generally final except where it was duplicated, unauthorised, not delivered, reversed, eligible for an operational correction or a refund is required by applicable law.

A subscription renews according to the period and price disclosed at checkout. You may cancel future renewal through the available billing interface or support process. Cancellation normally stops future renewal but does not refund charges already processed unless checkout terms or applicable law requires it.

AtlasFlux API automatic reload, where enabled, can make an off-session Stripe charge when the configured threshold is reached and the monthly limit permits it. Disable automatic reload through the applicable billing control before the next eligible charge.

6. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks

Refunds and corrections may be issued to the original payment method or reflected as a wallet or Credit adjustment according to the payment provider and product flow. A refund, reversal or chargeback may remove associated Credits, reduce wallet balance or restrict paid access while the transaction is resolved.

Please contact the AtlasFlux Help Center at https://support.atlasflux.my before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Include the account email, transaction date, amount and payment reference, but never send full card details, passwords or secret keys. Contacting us first does not remove any right to contact your bank or payment provider.

7. Account closure and unused balance

Closing or terminating an account can end access to unused Credits or wallet benefits, subject to applicable law and the terms shown for the relevant product. Resolve billing issues and download information you need before closure.

Financial ledgers, payment transactions, Stripe event records and related accounting information may be retained for audit, legal, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes even after account closure.

8. Errors and contact

We may correct a balance or transaction record to fix a duplicate charge, failed reservation, provider error, refund, chargeback, fraud event or other accounting error. Corrections will be reflected in the available transaction or usage history where supported.
