Cookie Policy
How Rainspeed Labs websites use cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to Rainspeed Labs websites and web applications that link to it. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication, security, language, theme, session and core operation.
The Services do not use one shared cookie implementation. The technology and retention period can differ between AtlasFlux AI, AtlasFlux API & Platform, ONeNas Code, AtlasFlux Support and this Rainspeed Labs site.
2. Authentication and security technologies
Clerk may set cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, session management, fraud prevention and account security on applicable hosted services. Provider-managed cookie names and retention are controlled by the relevant authentication provider.
Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for anti-bot verification on applicable AtlasFlux AI flows. It may process technical verification information under Cloudflare's terms and privacy notice.
3. Preference technologies
AtlasFlux AI currently uses `atlasflux_theme` and `atlasflux_lang` preference cookies shared across applicable AtlasFlux subdomains. The product flow gives them a one-year maximum age and uses SameSite=Lax. AtlasFlux Support uses an HttpOnly `atlasflux_locale` cookie for one year, with Secure enabled in production and SameSite=Lax.
ONeNas web components may use a locale cookie. The desktop, CLI and TUI primarily use local application state rather than browser cookies. Local authentication files and device storage are not controlled by browser cookie settings.
4. AtlasFlux AI consent storage
AtlasFlux AI currently stores a `cookie_consent` record in browser local storage rather than in a cookie. When a user submits a consent choice, the application sends the consent identifier, categories, version and timestamp to its consent logging endpoint. The endpoint also records the request IP and user agent; the consent log does not currently associate the record with a verified account identifier.
This is a product-specific implementation detail and is not a guarantee that every Rainspeed Labs site has a consent banner, consent database or the same controls. The browser and product controls available at the time of use determine what choices can be made.
5. Analytics and optional technologies
The ecosystem does not use one universal advertising or optional analytics-cookie service. Where enabled, Vercel Analytics or another measurement technology may process technical or usage information according to the relevant product implementation and provider notice. The Support service also records first-party Help Center views, raw search queries, feedback and operational events in its database; this is separate from an analytics cookie.
Each site or product must identify any optional measurement, advertising or similar technology that it actually enables and provide any consent control required by applicable law. A product-specific notice or consent panel may provide the current details where the technology changes more frequently than this central Policy.
6. Your controls
You can review, block or delete browser cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or other core functions. Product-specific preference controls, where available, can change the relevant language, theme or consent choice.
Deleting a browser cookie or local-storage item does not delete account data, support records, API records, billing records or provider-side data. Use the Privacy Policy contact process for those requests.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when website technologies change. Product questions may be sent through the AtlasFlux Help Center at https://support.atlasflux.my; corporate or legal questions may be sent to hello@rainspeedlabs.com.
