AtlasFlux AI Product Notice

1. Relationship with the central policies

This Product Notice supplements the Rainspeed Labs Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds and Credits Terms and Subprocessors register. Those central policies apply to AtlasFlux AI unless this Product Notice states a product-specific rule. The contracting entity remains Rainspeed Labs Solutions (business registration number 202603148143 (003857582-W)), Malaysia.

2. AtlasFlux AI features

AtlasFlux AI may provide chat, file analysis, research and web search, image generation, video generation, music generation, audio separation, text-to-speech, voice cloning, free text tools, agent workflows, artifacts, memory, community sharing and related tools. Features, models, limits, providers, availability and pricing may differ by account, region, plan and current configuration.

AtlasFlux AI does not guarantee that a listed model or feature will remain available, produce a particular result or support commercial use. The provider and model licence shown or applicable to the selected operation may impose additional restrictions.

3. Credits, Add-on Credits and Pro

AtlasFlux AI may provide daily promotional Credits and may sell Add-on Credits or a recurring Pro feature. One Credit currently represents RM0.01 of platform usage entitlement. Add-on Credit purchase limits, currently RM10.00 to RM500.00, included Pro benefits, prices and usage costs are shown in the product interface or checkout and may change for future transactions.

Credits are a limited service entitlement. They are not money, legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, investment or a transferable cash balance. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash except where applicable law requires it. AtlasFlux AI Credits are separate from the prepaid MYR wallet used by AtlasFlux API.

The platform may reserve Credits before an operation, capture the final amount after completion and release or adjust the difference. An eligible failed backend or provider operation normally releases the reservation or applies a corresponding Credit adjustment. A valid completed result is not refundable merely because the user dislikes it. The Refunds and Credits Terms, transaction record and mandatory consumer rights apply.

Pro is a recurring subscription when shown as recurring at checkout. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal and does not refund a completed billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law requires otherwise. The user must cancel automatic renewal through the available billing control before the next charge.

4. Inputs, Outputs and permissions

You retain your rights in lawful Input that you submit. You must have the rights, permissions and authority needed for prompts, files, datasets, images, audio, video, music, voices, likenesses and other reference material. Do not upload confidential, personal, regulated or third-party material unless authorised and the feature is appropriate for it.

Rainspeed Labs does not claim ownership of Output, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms and open-source licences. Output may not be unique, may contain third-party material and may not be eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for reviewing model licences, provenance, attribution, commercial-use restrictions and the rights of people or works represented in Output.

5. Voice, likeness and media safety

Voice cloning and likeness-related features may process a supplied voice sample, image, video or other reference material through the configured provider. You may use another person's voice or likeness only with the permission and lawful authority required for that use. Do not impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass or create non-consensual intimate or harmful media involving another person.

You are responsible for the text, voice sample and reference media supplied to the feature. Rainspeed Labs may block a request, require additional verification, remove generated media, restrict the feature or suspend access where needed for safety, consent, legal or provider-policy reasons. Voice-cloning history and generated media are handled under the Privacy Policy and the deletion and retention rules below.

6. Moderation, community and public URLs

AtlasFlux AI may use automated controls and human review to detect prohibited requests, unsafe media, fraud, abuse or policy violations. A request may be blocked even if no account suspension follows. Safety, abuse and moderation events may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you publish material to the AtlasFlux community or another public feature, the selected material and associated profile information may be visible, copied, downloaded or retained by other people. Some generated media, artifacts and exports may use public or shareable URLs. Do not use a public feature for material that must remain private. Account deletion does not guarantee removal of public copies, community material or copies retained by other users or providers.

Copyright and other rights complaints are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy. Users must not use AtlasFlux AI to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.

7. Storage, export and deletion

AtlasFlux AI may store account information, prompts, chats, generated media, tool history, memory, voice-cloning history, community records, billing records and safety records as needed to provide and protect the service. Not every feature has the same history, export or deletion controls.

After a verified AtlasFlux AI account-deletion request, eligible account data is targeted for immediate deletion. Rainspeed Labs may retain deletion-audit hashes and records required for billing, accounting, consent, safety, fraud prevention, support, disputes or law. Public community content, copies made by others and provider-side copies are not necessarily removed by the account-deletion flow.

Certain unpinned generated media and completed or failed media jobs are subject to a 30-day cleanup target. This is a storage cleanup target, not a promise that every database record, pinned item, public item, provider copy or legally retained record is deleted at exactly 30 days. Export links or keys may expire after 48 hours. Credit and transaction records may be retained for at least seven years where required for accounting, legal, tax or dispute purposes.

8. Providers and international processing

Depending on the selected feature and routing configuration, AtlasFlux AI may transmit prompts, selected context, files, media, search queries, public URLs, voice samples or other operation data to OpenRouter, Anthropic, Replicate, WaveSpeedAI, ILMU, OpenAI, Exa, Tavily, ScrapingFish, scrape.do, E2B, Cloudflare, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Resend or another provider identified in the Subprocessors register.

Not every request uses every provider. A provider may process data in another country and may apply its own terms, retention, safety controls and privacy notice. The Rainspeed Labs Privacy Policy explains the controller, processor and direct-provider distinctions. Do not submit secrets or regulated data unless authorised and appropriate for the selected operation.

9. Age and high-impact use

AtlasFlux AI is intended for users aged thirteen (13) or older, or the higher digital-consent age that applies in the user's country. It must not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, safety or other high-impact decisions about a person. Meaningful human review and all applicable safeguards remain the user's responsibility.

10. Support and complaints

For AtlasFlux AI account, billing, privacy, moderation, copyright or deletion questions, use https://support.atlasflux.my. For corporate or legal correspondence, email hello@rainspeedlabs.com. Never send passwords, full payment details, API secrets or private keys to Support.

11. Product changes

AtlasFlux AI may change models, providers, prices, routes, limits, storage behaviour and features. Material changes will be handled under the central Terms and applicable law. The product interface, checkout record and current Subprocessors register may contain more specific information for the operation you select.
