Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful and responsible use of Rainspeed Labs services.

1. Application
This Acceptable Use Policy applies across the Rainspeed Labs Services and to Content, applications, automations and End Users that access them. You must comply with applicable law, professional obligations and the rights of others.
2. Protect people from harm
- Do not threaten, harass, exploit, stalk, defame or facilitate violence against a person or group.
- Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation or material that exploits or sexualises minors.
- Do not encourage self-harm, dangerous challenges or conduct likely to cause serious physical harm.
- Do not provide personalised medical, legal or financial advice requiring a licensed professional without appropriate professional involvement.
3. Respect privacy and consent
- Do not collect, infer, expose, track or distribute private or sensitive information without lawful authority and appropriate consent.
- Do not use a person's likeness or voice in a deceptive or harmful way without permission.
- Do not conduct unauthorised surveillance, biometric identification, social scoring or profiling that creates a significant risk to a person.
- Do not submit credentials, private keys or another person's confidential information without authority.
4. Prevent fraud and deception
- Do not use the Services for scams, phishing, spam, impersonation, credential theft, payment fraud or deceptive commercial practices.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic human evidence where that could deceive or harm others.
- Do not manipulate or coerce people, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with access to essential services or democratic participation.
5. Protect systems and property
- Do not access, scan, test, disrupt or compromise a system, account, network, repository or workspace without authorisation.
- Do not create or distribute malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential-stealing tools or instructions intended to enable unauthorised access.
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, Credits or wallet controls, moderation, local permission prompts, provider restrictions or other protective measures.
- Do not overload, scrape, mirror, resell or automate access in a way that interferes with the Services or violates documentation.
6. Respect intellectual property
Do not use the Services to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality or other rights. You must have permission to use uploaded code, datasets, images, audio, video, voices and other material.
Generated Output does not guarantee that your use is non-infringing. Review licences, provenance and applicable restrictions before publishing or commercialising Output.
7. High-impact decisions
Do not use the Services to make fully automated decisions that determine a person's eligibility, access or treatment in employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, law enforcement or another high-impact area without lawful authority, appropriate safeguards and meaningful human review.
8. Community, support and local-agent conduct
Do not spam, harass, retaliate against reporters, publish another person's private information, abuse support or appeals processes, or upload malicious attachments.
Do not instruct ONeNas Code or another agent to access, modify or execute against a file, repository, account, device or system without authorisation. You remain responsible for commands and approvals provided to local software.
9. Safety controls and enforcement
Where enabled, we may use automated controls and human review to identify prohibited requests, unsafe media, fraud, abuse or policy violations. A blocked request or security event may be recorded for safety, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and enforcement.
Depending on the feature and severity, we may reject a request, remove Content, restrict a feature, revoke credentials, suspend an account or terminate access. You may contact the AtlasFlux Help Center at https://support.atlasflux.my if you believe an enforcement action was taken in error.
10. Copyright and public-content complaints
If you believe Content made available through a Rainspeed Labs public or community feature infringes your copyright or other rights, contact the AtlasFlux Help Center or hello@rainspeedlabs.com. Include the work or right concerned, the specific URL or location, an explanation of the alleged infringement, your contact details and confirmation that you are authorised to make the complaint. We may request further information, restrict access while investigating and notify the affected user where appropriate.
Where applicable law or the relevant process permits a counter-notice or restoration request, the affected user may provide evidence of permission, ownership, licence or other lawful basis. Repeated or deliberate infringement may result in restrictions or termination. This process does not limit any mandatory legal remedy.
